Set up and run by a team of former professional athletes, at MILANIMAL we believe in a straight forward, no gimmicks approach to fitness and training. As our name suggests, our approach is a little more “Milan” and a little less Los Angeles.

We’re not here to make your training entertaining. We won’t let you bail when we know you have more to give. And we won’t high five you for staying in your comfort zone.We celebrate the struggle, finish the fight and eliminate egos. We’re not for everyone but we’re here for everybody.

The training sessions in MILANIMAL aren’t about being the fittest, the strongest or the fastest. MILANIMAL is focused on the mental aspect of your training and the sessions have all been designed to help develop mental resilience and grit. These sessions will test, challenge and help you redefine your physical and mental limitations so you discover what you are truly capable of withstanding. Not gonna lie, MILANIMAL sessions are a little off the hook, a touch nuts, pretty intense and slightly unhinged, but sometimes in life you need to go to the edge.
